Following previous MD Malin Andersson´s promotion to the VP Sales for Viking Malt Group, we are happy to announce the appointment of
Jirapha Liangsiri as the MD 
of Sweden and Site Manager for the Halmstad plant starting January 2022.
Jirapha Liangsiri has previously worked as Senior Supply Chain Director for Region North West Europe at Novo Nordisk. Before that she has worked in several managerial supply chain positions at Carlsberg. She has Master´s degree in Manufacturing Management from Linköping University, Doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Dortmund in addition to be a certified brew master from VLB (Versuchs- und Lehranstalt für Brauerei) from Berlin. She will relocate from Denmark to Sweden with her family.
Jirapha Liangsiri will drive further development of the Swedish entity with the focus on customers as well as employee engagement and quality across all functions. She will also contribute to the strategic development on the Group level. With her solid academic background and strong industry knowledge, she will be a very valuable addition to the Viking Malt Team. We warmly welcome Jirapha Liangsiri and wish her success in the role.
