We are looking for a
DIRECTOR, GROUP PLANNING AND LOGISTICS 
You will be responsible for leading the logistic function across all business units and being the interface between our sales and supply chain. You will be a member of our Group Supply Chain team. You will develop and lead our sales and operational planning. You will be reporting directly to the VP Supply Chain.
Your location is negotiable, can be in a country where Viking Malt has an entity: Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania or Poland.
Your duties will include:
- – Responsible and owner of our S&OP process
- – Optimize our Supply Chain network tactically and strategically (including inventory planning and production allocation)
- – Be the input provider to the production planners
- – Optimize our logistic cost and service model
- – Together with our sales help optimize our customer service
- – Supervisor of logistics team in a matrix organization

We expect:
- – Suitable academic degree (MSc, BSc) and minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field
- – Brewmaster or malting experience is preferred
- – Commercial experience and /or project management experience is a benefit
- – Solid communication skills and ability to lead change through people is essential
- – Fluency in English
- – Possibility to travel regularly (about 40- 50 days a year)
